She is a field-experienced practical action strategist developing and implementing agroforestry programmes with tailored monitoring, reporting and verification systems for carbon finance. She has a strong passion for building networks and ecosystems to achieve speed, scale and quality for deploying regenerative solutions.

Margreet has more than 15 years’ experience working with public and private sector organisations, primarily in smallholder agriculture value chains, to develop, implement and communicate corporate sustainability initiatives. She specialises in community development, women’s empowerment and climate change.

Wen has over 12 years in the global financial industry and project management (global and regional projects for regulatory changes and product development), business strategy advisory (to senior management), sales and advisory (of lending and liquidity products) to high networth individuals and venture capital deal sourcing and due diligence (pre-seed to series A pan-African sector-agnostic).
She is passionate about creating sustainable social good, particularly through market-based solutions, leveraging on traditional capital and pushing innovation in philanthropy.

Sara has more than 13 years’ work experience in promoting collaborative decision-making processes in support of nature conservation and local livelihoods, especially in respect of indigenous and tribal communities inhabiting intact forest regions in northern South America. She focuses on promoting an inclusive land use decision making that recognises the needs and priorities of indigenous and tribal communities.

Aisha often plays key roles in teams that create print and digital content to reach, engage and rally into action targeted audiences (mostly multinational company directors, policymakers, research institutes and the general public). Her strength is in digital communications strategy, management and optimisation of social media footprint and content creation. 

Aikins is an agroforestry expert with afocus on cocoa farming. In addition, he has a strong track record in managing projects with a focus on Climate Smart Agriculture, Sustainable Land Use, Sustainable Environmental Management and Regenerative Agriculture.
