Framing and Risk assessment: We hold a profound conversation about your business, sustainability aspirations and value drivers.
GHG Footprint and report: We ask you to provide us with basic data related to your company and business practices. We create a GHG emissions report if needed.
Targets and Qualitative strategic options: We help you formulate a carbon, biodiversity, climate, farmer or community targets if needed. We develop multiple strategic and quantifiable options to transition your value chain and also, if required, your production (carbon reductions and removals, biodiversity, community benefits).
Program roadmap and design: We design a transitional plan with your team, partner communities and farmers. We cover GHG removal and reduction options, biodiversity as well as livelihoods, community development and sourcing practices. We design a Payment for Environmental Services (PES) scheme.
Monitoring, Reporting and Verification: We develop a monitoring and evaluation strategy which can be verified by a third party (carbon finance and sustainability verification).
Iteration: We recommend iterating the process as frame conditions change- you will need to stay adaptive. We can support in running further cycles of the process or even help you fire fight as necessary.
